Everyone is arriving at approximately the same time at Newark Liberty International Airport. Jane Johnson and I will meet you at the airport. People are arriving at every terminal, so please take the air train to Parking P4 when you arrive. We'll assemble at the P4 air train terminal. There is an air train station at every terminal, so follow signs or ask any airport or airline employee. The air train is free of charge. If you cannot locate us, please call Grace Agnew's cell phone: 404-210-6267. If for some reason, you miss us, you can take the air train terminal to the NJ Transit Newark Airport stop. Purchase a one-way ticket to the New Brunswick station on the Northeast Corridor Trenton Line. The ticket costs $10.90 and must be purchased through a machine. The ticket is required to enter the train terminal, but will need to be presented to a conductor afterwards on the train. Save your receipt for reimbursement.

Once you reach the New Brunswick station, call my cell phone for pickup. Since we are having dinner together at the Rutgers Faculty Club, we prefer to pick everyone up. Please do not take a cab from the airport to the hotel. The cost will be around $70, and we cannot promise to reimburse you.
